Shipping
Postal Service + Processing Time
Orders are shipped and processed by Canada Post. I will try my best to ship orders within 4 business days, however large orders may require more time to process. Astoria Crossing is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes on domestic or international orders.

Tracking
I understand shipping fees can get expensive and that is why I am offering non-tracked shipping for a low cost. Please note; if the non-tracked option is chosen, after the order is shipped, I have no control over your order from there on out and therefore I will not give refunds or remake orders.

The other shipping method is with tracking. Tracking information will be sent to the e-mail provided during checkout. Please note; if the tracking option was chosen and your order happens to get lost, I will either give you a full refund for your order minus shipping costs or re-make you a new order and ship it again for free.

Shipping Time
Orders shipped within Canada are typically received within 5-7 business days after the order has been processed. Orders shipped to the USA are typically received within 7-14 business days after the order has been processed. Orders shipped internationally are typically received within 10-20 business days after the order has been processed. Please note; these are estimates and depend on the postal service demands.

Shipping Address Edit
If you made an error in your shipping address and your order has not shipped yet, please send an e-mail to support@astoriacrossing.com as soon as possible for to edit. Astoria Crossing will not be held responsible for any lost packages due to address errors.

Price of shipping may change depending on the order weight and size.

I will accept cancellation requests within 3 days of purchase.
